We are a Kenyan flooring company obsessed with one thing — floors that outlast the buildings around them.

Bob Concrete Floor Works specializes in terrazzo, tiles, concrete grinding and epoxy flooring for both residential and commercial spaces. Every project, from a single room to a full warehouse, gets the same treatment: honest assessment, proper surface preparation and a finish we'd be proud to sign.

Flooring is the most-used surface in any building. It's walked on, dragged across, spilled on and cleaned daily. We build for that reality — which is why durability, elegance and precision aren't marketing words to us. They're the checklist.

    Site assessment

    We visit, measure and inspect the existing surface — then recommend the right system, not the most expensive one.

    Clear quotation

    A written quote covering materials, labour and timeline. No vague figures, no surprises mid-job.

  3. 03

    Preparation

    Grinding, levelling and repairs. The finish is only ever as good as what's underneath it.

  4. 04

    Install & finish

    Application, polishing and sealing — followed by a walkthrough so you sign off on a floor you love.
